The workspace
IB Valley is a terminal, a file explorer, and an editor in one window, backed by a cloud workspace that persists between sessions.
The terminal
The terminal is where you work. Describe what you want in plain English and the AI walks you through it: building a model, drilling a technical, structuring a pitch. Type / to browse playbooks and @ to reference your files.
Files & editor
Everything you build lands in your workspace: models as .xlsx, notes and write-ups as .md. Browse them in the file explorer, open them in tabs, and edit them directly. Your workspace persists between sessions, so a model you start on Tuesday is waiting for you on Thursday.
Playbooks
Playbooks are step-by-step builds and drills written with the conventions banks actually use. The current set:

Leveraged finance
Debt tranches, covenants, cash sweeps, and credit metrics.
Merger model
Accretion / dilution, pro forma EPS, and whether a deal creates value.
