The short version: quarterly or annual subscription, cancel any time, non-refundable unless the product failed to do its job.

Subscription

IB Valley is a subscription, billed quarterly or annually in advance through Stripe. You choose the billing period when you subscribe inside the app.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Cancel any time from your dashboard. No calls, no forms.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Your workspace files remain available for 30 days after your access ends.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time, except where the product has materially failed to do its job. For example: you were unable to access your workspace for a sustained period because of a fault on our side.
If you believe that applies, contact us within 14 days of the charge with a description of the issue. If we agree the product failed to perform its core function, we will refund the affected period.
Changing your mind, or not using the product, is not grounds for a refund.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

One subscription is for one person. Account sharing or reselling access is grounds for termination without refund.
