What we collect

Account data: your email address, name if you provide it, and authentication details (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google).

Workspace content: the files, models, and notes you create or upload, stored so your work persists between sessions.

Usage data: basic product analytics (features used, errors, session length) to keep the service working and improve it.

Payment data: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; we keep only subscription status and invoice records.

How we use it

To run the service: authenticate you, persist your workspace, process your subscription, and provide support.

To improve the product, using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the prompts you type and relevant workspace context are sent to the AI model provider you have connected in order to generate a response. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

Who processes your data

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (web hosting), our workspace infrastructure provider, and the AI model providers you connect. Each processes data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

Workspace files are kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after access ends, then deleted. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for legal and accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and the site working. No advertising trackers.
